Golf Carts
Renting a cart is a TWO step process.
(Please Register for the camp stay itself first!)

- Pay for the cart (instructions below).
GOLF CART INFO FOR 2025!
Golf Carts will be available once again this year! The prices are as follows:
- 2 Seaters – $235 each; 20 were initially available (no lights on these models) Reserve here.
- 4 Seaters – $285 each; 30 were initially available (w/lights). Reserve here.
- Utility Cart – $255 each; 20 were initially available (w/lights). Reserve here.
Reserve Cart
If you want a cart, you MUST RESERVE a cart and send payment asap since there are only a finite number available. All payments must be received by 6PM on Wednesday, August 20.
Special order: til Aug 24 we can still take orders–ZELLE ONLY. Only 2-seaters remain.

To send a payment by Zelle: Using your online or bank app send the payment to Robert Coelho @ 443-564-0378.
Money Order or Cashier’s Check
If you are sending a money order or cashier’s check (no personal checks; no cash) made out to Robert Coelho and send it by mail to:

If you are mailing a check, note, it must be received no later than August 20, 2025.
If payment is not received within 14 days of your order your reservation will be CANCELLED!
Waiver
You must sign a waiver. The waivers must be turned in at the time you pick up the golf cart. Do not send the waiver in the mail.
Pickup and Dropoff
The pickup area will be the right side of the parking lot across from the entrance to camp. Carts may be picked up anytime that both the carts and Bob Coelho or Melanie Mayo are available, generally from around noon on Thursday through Sunday evening. If no one is at the pickup area when you arrive you can call Bob or Melanie to arrange for pickup. Their names and cell phone numbers will be listed on a sign in the window of Bob’s car (a blue Subaru Outback w/a U-Haul trailer attached) parked next to the golf cart pickup area.
Many people find it helpful to pick up their carts and then unload their belongings from their car to take them to the cabins.
All carts must be returned to the same pickup area where they were picked up by 2 pm on Monday. Any additional time given will be at the discretion of the Golf Cart Manager, Bob Coelho, depending on the pickup date and time of the Golf Cart Company.
Please remove all decorations and trash and leave the key in the ignition with the brake engaged. Name tags must remain on the cart so that we can properly identify the person responsible for the cart.
